The Platform is owned and operated by Droom Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at “336, Ground Floor, Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, Gurugram, Haryana-122016”, India (hereinafter referred to as "Droom"/ “Company”). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of the Platform Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy extends to users who visit the Platform but do not transact business on the Platform, users who are registered on the Platform and transact business on the Platform and Enterprises who avail the services for their end users. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by applicable laws.

We collect personally identifiable information (email address, name, phone number.) from you when you set up a free account with us. Droom acts solely as a service provider/processor of such data on the instructions of the Enterprise and does not independently verify, obtain, or manage consent from the Enterprise's end users. The Enterprise shall ensure that its collection, use, and disclosure of end-user personal data to Droom complies with all applicable data protection laws

4. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment gateways, social media plug-ins, or partner dealers). These external sites are operated by independent Data Fiduciaries. Droom does not control, and is not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such platforms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal data.

7. DATA DELETION OF USERS

If any registered User requests their personal data/information or account to be deleted from the Platform, Droom subsidiaries Platforms and apps owned and operated by Droom and any of its owned Platforms and Services. We honour such requests and delete the said user data from our servers. The Users can send an email on the customer support id support@droom.in or on droom.legal@droom.in for request of their User data from the Platform and we will delete the Users data and intimate the User on their registered email on the action taken.

8. YOUR CONSENT

By using the Platform and/ or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to Your consent for sharing your information as per this Privacy Policy.
